Calling all Rayner Cadets!
Submit your artwork for a chance to be featured on our ACR program this year.
We would love to see your best hand-drawn creations drawn on a half page (no AI please). Draw out your favourite part of cadets, whether it be sailing, seamanship (knots), drill team, band, sports night, semaphore...

Registration is Open
Join us anytime during the cadet year (Sept through May) As a cadet, you must be 9 - 12 years old at the time of registration. You will need the following to register with us:
Provide copies of the applicant's Birth Certificate and Care Card
The Registration Fee is $75 per cadet
Payable by Cash, Cheque,
or eTransfer (to victoria.branch@navyleague.ca)
Visit us on Wednesday evenings
at NOTC Venture Gym
